The next project.

Planting

Early morning, Me and Andy went to pick up a load of plants for a landscape project that another team has finished building.. It was a mix of trees, shrubs and small plants..

One of design techniques is to soften the roughness of the stone materials by integrating green in it. Here the plan is to build car parking place on special plastic base covered with grass turf.

Beside the car parking place we planted an area with small and mid-sized plants including: Ilex crenata convexa, Miscanthus sinensis, Polybrepharum fern, Hosta patriot, Hosta fortunei francee, Hydrangea arborescens, Hydrangea paniculata.. And integrated sand colored round rocks to give a Mediterranean feel to it.

By the fence we planted Ilex crenata, convexa, it was physically heavy as the trees weighted tens of kilos..And we had to return some since Robert ordered too much..

After a day of hard working, the fatigue suddenly disappear to be replaced by a sense of achievement.
