We discovered after removing the system that the wall’s water isolation materials around that area needs removing and applying a new layer.

The water infiltrated between the brick wall and the cement plaster and caused cracks and swells.

 

Cement paster and the betum unattached pieces removed and the surface cleared for the new material.

Andy left it to dry for 24 hours before we cover it back.

The water has infiltrated under the backyard’s door and caused the door’s frame to rotten. I managed to remove the rotten pieces and refill it with beton.

The result.

The new sunlight system is installed to the wall and fixed with the bolts.
